Civic Education from Three Perspectives (Webinar & Livestream)

Hosted by the Montgomery County League of Women Voters, this webinar examines the status of civic education in Montgomery County and beyond. The discussion will explore:
- How civic education is taught and assessed in Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) K-12, including the impact of the Blueprint on Education
- How The Civic Circle is using music and art to teach civic education and where these programs are reaching students
- Best practices in civic education and how it can be integrated into other subject areas
