The Maryland Democracy Initiative is pleased to co-host the fourth annual summit of the Maryland Civic Education Coalition. Building on the success of our virtual summits over the past three years, this event on April 20 is envisioned as a transformative gathering to galvanize enthusiasm and set a collective direction for civic education in Maryland. This milestone event invites young Marylanders and advocates from all walks of life to explore the vital role of youth in civics and the democratic process and how they can actively contribute to shaping our society.
