Sam Novey

Sam Novey is the Chief Strategist at the University of Maryland Center for Democracy and Civic Engagement and Secretary of the Baltimore City Board of Elections. He is also a co-founder and executive committee chair of the Students Learn Students Vote Coalition, the national hub and largest non-partisan network in the country dedicated to increasing student voter participation.
